JobSummary:

  • To partnerwith the Business Heads and Management in achieving organizationaland operations HR gains & efficient service to allemployees & adhering to HR SLAs/Policies &Procedures.
  • Solid experience with HR practicesand employee management.
  • Communicate withManaging Director and with senior managers to express new ideas andsuggest solutions considering budget limitations and companyculture.

Duties andResponsibilities:

Recruitment& OrganizationalDevelopment

  • Ensureproper staffing in a timely manner and ensuring the growth of ourtalent pipeline. Provide tools and support for people developmentacross the organization:
  • Conduct full endtoendrecruitment using various channels as per the needs of thebusiness.
  • Liaise with the General ManagersGroup HR Director and Business Directors to assist in the designand execution of HR strategy and an annual HR plan. Communicateplans and progress against the plan to the HR function. Create andsupport a continuous improvement environment for HR activitieswithin the business units.
  • Ensure new employeesare properly inducted into the business and given support to becomeproductive as quickly as possible.
  • Liaise withcorporate HR and General Manager to develop succession plans andretention strategies for key talent andpositions.
  • Liaise with corporate HR and GeneralManager to develop and execute a learning and development plan thatequips individuals with necessaryskills.
  • Formulate and implement performancemanagement plans to improve performance or assist with exit fromthe organization.
  • Ensure compliance withlocalization policy andtargets.

PerformanceManagement

  • Aid andfacilitate the performance management process withinCNS.
  • Work with Line Managers to ensure that allperformance metrics are aligned with company strategicobjectives.
  • Work with senior management toensure job definition and job descriptions are up to date as percompany format.
  • Liaise with CorporateL&D Department and Group HRD to ensure that the performancemanagement system and related processes are adhered to as per grouppolicy.

EmployeeRelations

  • Ensure allemployee requests are attended to within the defined HR SLAs& are aligned with the companypolicy.
  • Respond to all employee queries in aclear & timely manner.
  • Monitor employeeabsence and leaveapplications.
    • Alwaysreinforce a culture of meritocracy performancefocus anddiversity.
    • Ensure compliance with local law andGroup policy throughout the employeelifecycle.
    • Ensure that employees are aware ofall the latest changes and current group policies andprocedures.
    • Ensure that the disciplinaryprocedure is properlyapplied.

BusinessPartnering

  • Act as atrusted business partner and advisor to senior linemanagement.
  • Consult and support HR communitymembers.
  • Act as change agent and facilitatetransition.
  • Play a key role in communicatingorganizational messages and monitoring feedback within the businessunit.

Qualifications:

  • MSc in Humanresources or Psychology
  • CIPD Level 5 orhigher
  • Bachelors or higher from a reputableuniversity
