We are seeking an experienced and innovative educator to join our leadership team as the Deputy Head Pastoral for Repton Dubai Senior School.

The Deputy Head Pastoral (DHP) will work alongside the Deputy Head Academic, in supporting the Head of the Senior School in the effective day-to-day running of the school. He or she will, on occasion, deputise for the Head of the Senior School. The DHP will be a member of the Senior Management Team of the Senior School and a member of the Senior Leadership Team of Repton School. He or she will be directly responsible to the Head of the Senior School.

The DHP will be responsible for the safeguarding, wellbeing, behaviour, personal development and attendance of Senior School students.

The successful candidate will be expected to teach a limited timetable (approximately 6 lessons) in one of the school's departments. He or she will also be expected to contribute as appropriate to the extracurricular and pastoral life of this busy boarding and day school.
