Overview of the role

The HR analyst will collect, analyze, and interpret HR program data, working closely with the functional team to ensure data-driven insights optimize training effectiveness. They will utilize various data sources, tools, and methodologies to assess HR program impacts and provide actionable recommendations. Additionally, the HR analyst will manage administrative tasks related to budgeting, reporting, and organization maintenance on SAP/SuccessFactors, playing a pivotal role in supporting departmental priorities.

What you will do

  • Support the line manager in data analysis and reporting, including manpower and financial reports, headcount, attrition, and Emiratisation specific to operations.
  • Create and manipulate advanced Excel tables with keen attention to detail.
  • Analyze and report all produced data, including tracking and measuring deliveries for all brands.
  • Assist Divisional HR team in collating manpower requirements, validating budget assumptions, and ensuring accurate data entry for each cost center.
  • Compile HR data for reporting and variance analysis.
  • Review and consolidate internal recruitment/salary proposal cases to ensure policy compliance.
  • Support HR digital transformation initiatives, including SAP system upgrades and SuccessFactors implementation.
  • Maintain updated reports in data centers/storage monthly with accuracy.
  • Update all reports in PPT templates and distribute among key HR members.
  • Provide administrative, financial, and analytical support to the HR team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of Financial and Dashboard reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling personnel information due to the nature of the job.

What equips you for the role

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences, MIS, or other Business & IT disciplines.
  • Ability to develop and analyze data, perform trend analysis, and identify discrepancies.
  • Experience in managing project risks and issues.
  • Familiarity with HR metrics is beneficial.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or other quantitative disciplines.
  • Proficiency in working with various data sources and statistical analytics tools.
  • Proven track record in delivering insights to mid/higher management.
