Communication Specialist

What can you expect?

As a Communication Specialist, you will design and create employee communication based on brief and Client manager's feedback.

  • Review global and regional reports and create summarized versions for client presentations and communications
  • Design and execute clients and member surveys, compiling findings into a ready-to-use presentation
  • Coordinate with Marsh's regional communications and marketing teams to understand upcoming publications and coordinate deployment to clients through client managers

We will count on you to:

  • As a communication specialist, you will review and redesign client reports to improve looks and contents
  • Review legislative publications by the various regulators and design client communications summarizing any changes and impact
  • Run semiannual internal surveys for the insurer capabilities matrix. Coordinating with all departments and collating all responses (through the system)
  • Support the creation and design of wellness campaigns and calendars to be deployed for clients

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Proficiency in English is a must, and Arabic Language is a plus
  • Marketing and BP knowledge is a plus
