JOB PURPOSE:
Convey global air and ocean freight operations requirement into regional & country operationsDevelop, Improve and manage the global air ocean freight operations
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Operational Systems and ProceduresTMS Processes
Global implementation of Process Requirements and alignment with Global StakeholdersGlobal Governance of Operational Standards and Compliance MetricsDevelopment of Functional requirements for Transport Management Systems in Cooperation with Global Air and Ocean Freight, Corporate ITProvision of content towards Corporate Training Concept
TMS Change Management Initiative
Conduct/Support of Change Management InitiativeOrganization of TMS deployment preparation and readiness in regional DP World CountriesSupport development of country specific CMI Master planProvide guidance to regional decision making process onprocess and structure changesbusiness benefitsmigration plan from status quo towards TMS compliant processes and structuresMonitoring TMS deployment development within the regionConceptually organize training of country's deployment teams (change agents) regarding deployment guideline requirementsManagement of Global Deployment ControllingValidate and control business benefitsEnsure best practice transfer between countriesProvision of content towards Corporate Training Concept

Ocean Master Data contentEnsures compliance with global Data Quality RequirementsProvision of content towards Corporate Training ConceptSupports development and enacts implementation of global productivity standards, benchmarks and metricsSupports development of analytics to enable process transparencyGlobal Process Analysis and benchmarkingDevelopment of best practice solutions throughout region against global targetsIdentification, quantification and realization of cost saving potentials related to process optimization initiativesDocumentation of requirements and solutions (including process flows, interfaces, system background, process narrative, TMS adjustment) and introduction throughout the NetworkProvision of conceptual support towards Corporate AuditsAnalysis, simulation and optimization of global operational structures based on tools like 6Sigma, Kaizen, SycatIdentification of demand and introduction of Change ManagementSupports Design and Development of global Quality Assurance Methods in Transport Management SystemsEnacts Quality Assurance throughout the networkProvision of content towards Corporate Training Concept

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
10 years of experience in a Logistics environmentDeep understanding of ocean and air operations freight forwardingExperience in creating processes and working operating procedures.
Solid grasp of project management, preference and CommunicationExperience in working in a matrix environmentExperience in driving organizational change and successfully implementing process improvements across diverse teams and departments (including experience in M&A).
