Job Title:
Public Relations Officer (PRO)
We are currently seeking a proficient and knowledgeable Public Relations Officer (PRO) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with government authorities, including but not limited to the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and Economic Development Departments, to obtain necessary permits, visas, and licenses.
- Process and renew employment visas, labor cards, and other documentation for employees in compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of relevant UAE laws, regulations, and procedures related to business operations and employment.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of documents for government approvals, permits, and certifications.
- Handle all PROrelated administrative tasks, including document attestation, translation, and legalization.
- Coordinate with external service providers, such as translation agencies and courier services, to facilitate document processing and delivery.
- Act as a point of contact between the company and government authorities, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Keep accurate records of all PROrelated transactions and expenses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Public Relations Officer in the UAE.
- Indepth knowledge of UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with PRO software/tools and government portals is preferred.
- UAE driving license is a plus.
