Job DescriptionWhat you'll do in this role:

Provide support to agents, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with onboarding and trainingOffer exceptional customer support by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experienceAssist the finance team in reconciling financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, and resolving discrepanciesOversee and manage FTP uploads, ensuring data transfer and file sharing are secure and efficientAdminister and support one-time password activities for user authentication and data security.

Maintain and secure browsers and applications for safe useManage access levels and permissions for users, ensuring security and data protectionManage and update location information and network data to ensure accurate service availabilityCollaborate with the IT team to address network-related issues and improvementsOversee currency updates and modifications to align with changing financial regulationsEnsure all systems and documentation are updated accordinglyCoordinate and schedule services, ensuring timely deliveryManage service schedules and rescheduling as neededOversee the accurate and efficient processing of financial transactionsHandle transaction amendments as required by customers or regulatory changesAuthorize and approve transactions within defined limitsHandle transaction amendments or cancellations following established proceduresThe Successful ApplicantWhat is required and what we're looking forBachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.

Min 2-3 Yrs. experience in operations and data management, preferably in the financial or fintech sector.
Strong data management and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in relevant software and data processing tools.
Time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
Understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
Knowledge of data management and security best practices.
Familiarity with transaction processing and credit management.
