JOB PURPOSE


The Front Desk coordinator required to all the front office and admin related works and coordinate each and every office activities properly for the smooth functioning of the organization.

They will be the initial point of contact for the company and they are actually the one who representing the company in a professional manner.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen and transfer calls and take messages as needed.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing and sending mail as needed.
  • Maintain and update a schedule of appointments and meetings for the company.
  • Assist with administrative tasks
  • Maintain an orderly and organized reception area and ensure it is wellstocked with supplies.
  • Provide basic information about the company and its services to visitors and clients.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in a discreet and responsible manner.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take initiative when needed.
  • Basic PC Skills on MS Office
