Asan Assistant, you will be responsible for overseeing and assistingin multiple projects as you work closely with the executive. Yourstrong multitasking skills and ability to anticipate needs willhelp you thrive within thisopportunity.

PrimaryDuties &Responsibilities:

  • Serveas a contact point for vendors, clients, prospects, andemployees
  • Maintaina contact database of relevantinformation
  • Manageexecutivecalendar
  • Conductresearch and meeting preparation. Update relevantinformation
  • Organizedaily incoming projects and staff responsibilities via projectmanagementplatform
  • Providingadministrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails,drafting memos, and preparing communications on the executive sbehalf
  • Mustbe responsible for creating estimates, and monthly invoicing andexpensereports
  • Implementmarketing strategies, and technical know-how to support companygrowth, scale, andvisibility.
  • Performsother duties asassigned
  • Maybe asked to complete light personal errands forCEO


Requirements

CandidatesMust:

  • Strongcommand of English and Spanishlanguage;
  • Strongcommunication skills, both written andverbal
  • MicrosoftOfficeExpert
  • Livesin the surrounding area with a manageablecommute
  • Experienceworking in an organization; experience in finance is aplus
