Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daytoday accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to provide insights into the company's financial performance and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements, including VAT filings and statutory audits.
  • Assist in preparing annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct variance analysis and financial forecasting to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decisionmaking.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to streamline processes, implement internal controls, and optimize financial operations.
  • Support the finance team in adhoc projects, initiatives, and process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations, standards, and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field is mandatory.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
  • Proficiency in accounting software. Familiarity with spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel is also essential for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Must manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.

Pay:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
