Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the venue.
  • Provide a high level of personalized service to all guests, anticipating their needs and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about the MyGolf products and membership packages, upsell and offer information and assistance to guests.
  • Anticipating and handling guest needs, maintaining guest history files, and coordinating with related departments to ensure customer requests and complaints are handled effectively and efficiently.
  • Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
  • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and followup call questions; responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Manage sales pipeline.
  • Manage and grow existing businesses to generate targeted and sustainable revenue.
  • Understand and analyze the big picture of customer's business objectives in order to build the profile & act as a consultant for customer's business strategy.
  • Analyze market and establish competitive advantages.
  • Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.
  • Translates customer strategy into meaningful opportunities of value for Mygolf Dubai.
  • Present solutions to customers, demonstrating value for business and goal alignment.
  • Identify & develop effective relationships with key contacts within targeted customer organizations, to ensure maximum leverage for Mygolf Dubai.
  • Network with industry peer groups & other internal affiliates to roll out bestproven practices, as relevant.
  • Engage in research for the purpose of expanding personal and company knowledge of industry trends, best practices, marketing, and sales.
  • Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
  • Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
  • Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining shortterm and longterm business development plans.
  • Plan and coordinate events from start to finish, including determining event objectives, creating timelines, and managing budgets.
  • Coordinate with various departments regarding the logistics, including set up, decorations, autovisual equipment and seating arrangements.
  • Create event invitations, registration forms, and other promotional materials as needed, in coordination with the Marketing team.
  • Manage guest lists, including sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and providing guest communication and support.
  • Conduct postevent evaluations and analysis to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.
  • Assist with other projects and adhoc tasks as allocated by line manager.

What we require:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in hospitality, sales, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in guest relations or sales, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and grace
  • Strong sales skills and the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and vendors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
AED4, AED6,000.00 per month
