Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to detect any suspicious activity or behavior
  • Operate and maintain CCTV equipment and systems to ensure that they are functioning properly
  • Follow established protocols and procedures for responding to incidents and emergencies
  • Report any suspicious activity or behavior to the Security Officer
  • Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as required
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
  • Other duties as assigned by the Security Officer

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and law enforcement agencies
  • Proficient in the use of security equipment and technology, including CCTV cameras, alarms, and access control systems
  • Knowledge of security protocols and procedures, with the ability to follow instructions and adhere to established policies
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and challenging environment, with the flexibility to work outside of regular office hours when required
  • Must be able to maintain focus and remain vigilant while monitoring CCTV footage for extended periods of time

AED2, AED2,800.00 per month
