Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Address employee concerns and conduct investigations as needed, promoting a positive work environment.

Benefits Administration: Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective administration of employee benefits programs.

Performance Management: Support performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans.

HR Compliance: Stay informed about federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and update policies as necessary.

HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and databases. Generate reports and analyze data to support HR metrics and decision-making.

Training and Development: Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives. Identify employee training needs and recommend solutions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Pay:
AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
