Are you a Change Manager who excels in a dynamic work environment? Do you have a strong interest in spearheading operational model enhancements? Our client, a leading organization in Dubai, is looking for a Change Manager to play a pivotal role in driving the implementation of new work methods and digital tools at their recently established shared service center.

The selected candidate will directly report to the Head of Change Management and will be crucial in leading change efforts that foster a culture of ongoing improvement and service excellence across the shared-service center and different business units.

Your main tasks will involve overseeing the complete change management process—defining, executing, backing, and assessing change management initiatives and their adoption.

This is an initial contractual role for six months, with the chance for extension, providing a special opportunity to make a notable difference.


Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Change to steer strategic change management and adoption initiatives for key programs.
- Promote cross-functional teamwork to ensure continuous involvement and alignment with essential stakeholders.
- Partner with external partners to guide and accelerate the delivery of crucial results, while meeting program deadlines.
- Work closely with the Communications team to assist, co-create, and produce impactful content.
- Plan training strategies and support functional/technical teams in creating training materials.
- Formulate and activate Change Agent Networks, designing critical interventions to aid them in the change process.
- Ready key business members to serve as Change Champions.
- Coordinate and facilitate major communication campaigns and involvement events to drive adoption.

- Assist in creating content, communication strategies, success story videos, and other engagement activities, boosting overall engagement and coordinating events like roadshows.

- Collaborate with business units to ensure seamless integration of initiatives from strategic programs into daily operations, including integrating training activities into the functional learning program.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience:


- 2-3 years of experience in overseeing change or transformation initiatives, using established project and change management methods within a large corporation.

- Experience in a shared services / global business services environment is a plus.
- Candidates with a background in digital tool or technology adoption are preferred e.g. ServiceNow / Oracle. Knowledge and comprehension of change management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Capability to manage and adapt to numerous change initiatives.
- Proficient at working effectively at all levels – promptly establishing and then upholding accountability and trust among key stakeholders.
- Ability to coach and assist key stakeholders across teams.
- Quick grasp of new business concepts and organizational challenges.
