We are looking for Mortgage & Investment advisors toguide property purchasers through the mortgage process and for selling citizenship opportunities.


Responsibilities

  • Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate lead opportunities.
  • Confidently participate in preparing proposals and presenting professional product demonstrations and facetoface meetings.
  • Sourcing and attracting the right prospect from the market to convert him into a mortgage buyer.
  • Provide highquality professional independent mortgage advice and explain the different types of mortgages available.
  • Maintain Generic knowledge of the financial services industry and knowledge that is deemed necessary.
  • Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit their Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealing.
  • Understand customer requirements, and advice and propose effective mortgaging solutions to cater to their investment goals.
  • Conduct endtoend mortgage registration of potential clients by collecting documents, analyzing financial credibility, preparing analysis report, and executing mortgage payout.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the Company's database.
  • Build and maintain strong, long lasting client relationships delivering excellent customer service.
  • Partner with clients to identify their business needs and objectives by offering best possible and tailored solutions.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Generate leads and referrals for the Citizenship by Investment programs.
  • Attend sales seminars, exhibitions and events related to the industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degrees in finance or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, preferably in a banking or real estate sector.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of banking mortgage or real estate brokerage services, terminologies, procedures and processes.
  • Excels working under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Attention to detail and quality assurance ability.
  • Flawless and brief communication and presentation skills, verbal and written.
  • High negotiating skills (both verbal and written).

Salary:
AED7, AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Banking and Mortgage OR
Real Estate: 2 years (required)

Expected Start Date: 23/02/2023
