Marketing Planning & Operations of the local business unit in UAE.

Reporting to the
Chairman, the
GM will manage, direct operation, leads the organization and provide boost to all functions within the UAE office.

These include planning, development objectives, developing organizational policies, integrate functions and operations between departments, and establish responsibilities and procedures to achieve the organizations' strategic objectives.


Drive business opportunities throughout GCC / Middle East, with the aim of expanding to new markets or capture additional market share.

  • Structure of the Profit and Loss Statements.
  • Statement of profit and loss is portrayed over a period of time, typically a month, quarter, or fiscal year.
  • Revenue (or Sales)
  • Manufacturing Material, manage sales department.
  • General & Administrative (SG&A) operations.
  • Marketing and Advertising Strategies / Business Planning
  • Technology/Research & Development
  • Interest Expense
  • Prepare and present Annual Operating Sales Plan to Senior Management.
  • Make Professional Policy & Procedures
  • Set
    KPI Targets for all Departments.

  • Maintain customer relationships in cooperation with the Business Areas for Multiple Industrial Development programs in the UAE and serves as the incountry Industrial Development team leader.
  • Work with Industrial Development teams in supporting the development of strategic industrial development proposals to meet crosscorporate needs.
  • Provide recommendations to strategically enhance the corporation's international growth objectives
  • Provide liaison for Business Areas with all industrial partners, Offset Authority, UAE industries/businesses and various business councils.
  • Establish and maintain key relationships among key business, military and academic leaders and senior country officials.

  • Understanding of market context (Trends, Competitive dynamics, Customer needs, Innovation)
  • Value driver analysis (Industry economics, Client/Customer segment )
  • Create Value Proposition (create offering, define value documentation)
  • Prioritization of targets (Segmenting, targeting and positioning, Sales strategies and support, Key Account definition)
  • Develop indepth Client/ customer and market knowledge.
  • Communicate market needs and opportunities.
  • Develop short and longterm strategies and plans for demand generation, ongoing market research, customer needs assessment, sales and inventory forecasting, and customer and sales history analysis.
  • Execute marketing strategies, programs, and pricing strategies which will meet profit objectives for the business unit.
  • Presence to engage senior leadership and key decisionmakers in UAE; demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leadership and key decisionmakers in UAE; demonstrated ability to share information and to coordinate with Corporate and Business Areas.
  • Act with prior consultation, coordination, and communication among Business Area Industrial Development leadership to further business industrial strategies/objectives and enable most favorable policy/regulatory environment and most efficient discharge of industrial obligations; ensures complete coordination with Business Areas prior to incountry engagements/messaging.
  • Present proposed corporate and business area industrial initiatives/projects to country senior leadership and key decisionmakers and obtain buyin.
  • Conducts business in strict compliance with all corporate and company command media and within applicable state, federal, and international laws and regulations.
