We are seeking an experienced Head of Communications to lead and execute our communications strategies across a diverse region spanning from Pakistan to Libya, including the major economies of the GCC.

Based in the UAE, you will be the main spokesperson with local, regional, and global media, leading a digital-first approach to elevate Siemens' brand and impact.

Your Role – International & Future-orientedDevelop and implement an annual integrated communications plan (including brand, media relations, thought leadership, events, trade shows, seminars, customer events, internal, digital experience).Protect and build the reputation of Siemens in the region through proactive media relations and effective issues management.

Nurture a positive relationship with journalists; expand an influencer database and foster solid relations.

Build effective ties internally with business and sales teams; develop and manage the regional communications team – from brand to demand generation activities.

Drive internal communications within the company.
Manage budgets and external suppliers.

Your Qualifications and Skills – Digital & SolidAbility to craft compelling content, from briefings to speeches. English and Arabic fluency preferred.
Enthusiasm about the core mission of Siemens.
Facility with social media and digital communications channels.
Trade shows and event management experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field and a similar role.
Ideally experience in managing regional teams.
Deep understanding and strong relations across the media landscape.
