We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Local Social media Sales and Strategy Manager to join our team in Dubai.

This role is pivotal in driving business growth, managing client relationships, producing engaging videos, and providing strategic insights to enhance our campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify potential clients and sales opportunities in the Dubai market.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Client Management:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
Collaborate with clients to gather project requirements and provide timely updates on project progress.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Video Production:

Conceptualize, plan, and execute video projects that align with client objectives and creative vision.
Oversee the entire video production process, including scripting, shooting, editing, and post-production.
Ensure videos are of high quality, engaging, and aligned with the client's brand identity.

Creative Strategy:

Develop innovative and effective creative strategies to enhance advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, concepts, and messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer fresh insights and recommendations.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
Coordinate with internal teams, freelancers, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.

Additional Tasks:

Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.

Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand the agency's reach and build connections.

Content Creation:
Assist in creating written content, graphics, and other creative assets as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, client management, video production, and creative strategy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and creative tools.
  • Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the advertising industry and digital marketing trends.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.

Salary:
AED2, AED15,056.78 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
