Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with data entry, file management, and document organization, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of information.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation as needed.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including arranging catering, setting up meeting rooms, and managing RSVPs.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting materials, ensuring that all documents are accurate and distributed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with procurement and inventory management, including ordering office supplies, monitoring stock levels, and reconciling invoices.
  • Assist with project coordination and tracking, including updating project schedules, tracking milestones, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Provide support to the human resources department, including scheduling interviews, processing paperwork, and maintaining employee records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in an administrative role or office environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in performing administrative tasks and data entry.
