Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office& Project supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Coordinate administrative activities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases, both electronic and physical.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Provide administrative support to staff members and departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.

Pay:
From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

  • Admin: 2 years (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (preferred)
