Job Purpose:

The project coordinator role is a temporary assignment related to the Supply planning revamp project at MEA level.

MEA consists of 5 different clusters with separate teams and processes.

From a Supply planning point of view, there is a need to assess the current ways of working with the aim to standardize the processes with the various sourcing units and improve KPIS reporting.


Principal Accountabilities:

  • To map the Asis processes for Supply planning of all MEA clusters. This includes the current processes with more than 10 sourcing units serving domestic markets and distributors in more than 85 destinations.
  • To map the "To be" processes for Supply planning of all MEA clusters.
  • To draft the current service level agreement framework with the sourcing units and global planning team
  • To map the new inventory management process for MEA
  • To create a dashboard for supply planning KPIs at MEA level for all clusters.
  • To report project progress on weekly/ monthly basis
  • Track and follow up on the weekly actions taken by the project team

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Graduate with relevant education and experience
  • Advanced level in MS Office suit mainly, Excel, Power point, visual workspace that combines diagramming, data visualization, and process flows mapping
  • Project management
  • Result driven with innovative mindset
  • Strong written communication
  • Knowledge and practice of ERP / MRP / TMS / WMS is a plus
  • Fluent in English. Arabic and French are a big advantage
  • Based in Dubai, UAE
