Admin Secretary

Job Purpose:

Responsibilities

  • Preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems.
- correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.

  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication with clients and provide general support to clients.
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  • Generate different operational reports
- daily, weekly and monthly.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 23+ years of experience working in Oil & Gas field with office administration.
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
