etenThe Human Resources Manager role is responsible for the direct supervision of technical performance and assist with the organization and direction of other HR employees.
Overall objective is to maintain and improve all aspects of the Human Resources function ensuring prompt and satisfactory response to the needs of Valiant Healthcare employees & external requests.
- Manages day-to-day activities of the HR functions including recruitment, licensing, training, performance management, and government relations.
- Responsible for Full recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing to On-Boarding & offboarding. Manage new employees onboarding and corporate induction.
- Manage the recruitment of adequate number of staffs on time per budget and revenue targets.
- Liaise with employees for their travel, accommodation, visas, Medical licensing requirements and being a single point of contact for their concerns.
- Participates in interview's and Selection of Staff.
- Assists Chairman with day to day administration of staff benefit programs including enrolling, Terminations and modifying staff benefit coverage. Serves as first line of contact for staff regarding benefit questions or requirements.
- Manage compensation and benefit cycles (salary increase, bonuses, promotions, R&R, etc.) planned vs. actual. Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Performs new staff orientation & Oracle trainings to foster positive attitude toward the organizational goals. Manage PDP Evaluations and Training Needs Analysis.
- Liaise with medical professionals & Dubai Health Authorities for clinicians' medical licenses.
- Liaise with PRO team for employees on time visa and medical processing.
- Enrols new joiners to Oracle ERP, Payroll & Time & Attendance System.
- Coordinate the accurate processing of monthly payroll.
- Set objectives/ KPIs/ milestones for the respective department/ function and conduct appraisals through Oracle EPMS system.
- Ensure that team members are provided learning and career development opportunities by identifying successors within the team, preparing them for the next accountable roles and recommending them for external trainings whenever required in consultation with HR Director.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and processes for the respective function/department and ensure reviewing and keeping the existing ones updated as part of the 'continuous process improvement'.
- Manage and conduct full Employee Engagement survey.
- Manage non-clinical staff participates in Employee Engagement activities.
- Monitoring staff cost, actual vs budget monthly bases.
Requirements & competencies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, preferably MBA or CIPD/SHRM affiliation
Experience:
Preferably 5 years of experience in UAE with healthcare background
Core Competencies
Worked in an HR healthcare setting for at least 5 years
- In depth knowledge of Professional Qualification Requirement of Dubai Health Authority/HAAD/DHCC.
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, under pressure.
- Ability to build relationship with individuals and create community within a group.
- Hands on experience of handling employee visa processing.
