  • Job Description:Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure Management:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.

System Security:
Implement and maintain security protocols to protect the company's data and systems from cyber threats.

Technology Implementation:
Identify and implement new technologies to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall business operations.

Technical Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to all employees, ensuring mínimal downtime and efficient problem resolution.

Software Management:

Vendor Management:
Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of IT services and products.

Compliance:
Ensure all IT activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Qualification
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) is a plus.
  • Experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of IT management experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity practices and technologies.
  • Proficient in project management and capable of leading multiple projects.
  • Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in ERP, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
