Job Purpose: As Manager ExecutiveLeadership Development your role will be to design drive implementand oversee execution of the Emirates Groups overarching talent andleadership development strategy. This will also be a rolespearheading dynamic initiatives and processes in alignment withcurrent and future strategic business needs.

In this role you will:

  • Define manage and deliverLeadership and Talent Development strategy infrastructure andobjectives to support overall business aligned Learning &Talent initiatives. This may include but is not limited to Training& Workshops Blended Development Programmes BespokeOrganisational Support & Consultancy Designing GloballyAccessible Digital Programmes Coaching & MentoringExecutive Leadership Development
  • Assessment& Support Design of Talent Frameworks Change LeadershipProgrammes Design of Innovation Leadership Programmes BuildingProgrammes for Resilient Leadership for the current and futurebusiness landscape.
  • Implement and enhance theleadership development experience with a focus on the leadershipgap for our frontline emerging and executive leaders
  • Drive a coaching and mentoring culture whereour leaders hold meaningful conversations and empower our peoplefor the needs of our current and future business landscape
  • Oversee the design and execution of businessdriven emerging leadership development solutions that buildcapability improve performance and resolve skill gaps in order forus to adapt in the current world and take us into the new world ofwork
  • Leverage external partnerships to enhanceour outsourced executive development solutions and opportunities
  • Benchmark and evaluate the effectiveness ofleadership training initiatives and programs while recommendingappropriate measures to adjust alignment to the broader strategy ofthe Group.
  • Provide talent developmentconsultancy and behavioural expertise through a people lens tosupport the strategic direction of the Emirates Group
  • To effectively partner within L&T andwith broader stakeholders to maximise business impact and value
  • Lead manage mentor and develop a team. Fostera collaborative highperformance friendly and passionate teamenvironment to ensure the development and retention of criticaltalent withinEmirates.

Qualifications& Experience: To be considered for this role you must meetthe below requirements:

  • 10years experience in Human Resources and Training
  • Minimum Bachelors level qualification in arelated field preferably within Organisational Psychology orequivalent Masters level qualification would be an assetProgressive experience in a people development role.
  • Qualification in psychometrics is an advantage
  • Experience in managing a team of professionals
  • Able to drive leadership and talentdevelopment interventions within a fastpaced lean environment at atactical and strategic level
  • Able to useinitiative and take responsibility with a positive cando attitudeto deliver effective results
  • Selfmotivatedwith an intellectual curiosity a strong growth mindset and thedesire to constantly improve
  • Able to formeffective relationships with executives and senior leaders
  • A strong leader of people and teams
  • An excellent team player
  • Strong in relationship management andengagement with external consultants
  • Excellentin facilitation and communication skills exceptional atcollaboration and influence across all levels of an organisation
  • A critical thinker with strong analyticalskills and the ability to analyse data and create meaningfulconclusions which will inform the business
  • Adesire to continually seek out opportunities for improvementefficiencies and innovation in your organisational ecosystem
  • Preferable to hold an internationallyrecognised executive coaching qualification.
  • Eperience in training and supervising othercoaches isdesired
