Job Purpose
The Country Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our operations within the designated country. This role ensures the effective and efficient execution of operational strategies, maximizes customer satisfaction and drives business growth.
The Country Operations Manager will be an integral part of the leadership team, focused on delivering top-notch services and achieving the company's strategic goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesCore Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high-quality service to meet customer requirements and expectations.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure seamless coordination between various departments.
- Monitor and manage operational costs, ensuring alignment with budgets and financial targets.
- Analyze operational data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other managers to enhance crossfunctional teamwork, ensuring efficient communication and workflow.
- Liaise with clients, building strong relationships and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Work closely with the sales team to support business development and expansion initiatives.
- Required Qualification and Experience
Professional certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CLTD (Certified in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution) are highly desirable.
