1. Managing millions of assets like kitchen equipment, furniture, utensils, and others that are stored in warehouses.

  • Transfer the items upon requests from branches and other business locations with the formal procedure of the "asset transfer form" and approvals from the logistics manager, fixed asset accountant, and brand manager.
  • Arranging pickups, labour, and forklifts from outsource and managing to load, unload, and transit the items.
  • Maintain the visitor log sheet and collect Emirates ID details of labourers and pickup drivers for record purposes.
  • Train the outsourced labourers about their work and to follow the safety measures before they start loading and unloading.
  • Take pictures and videos of working labours and pickups at the time of loading and unloading and give a live report by WhatsApp to the logistics manager.
  • Visiting the warehouse whenever the technical team wants to testify about the equipment's.
  • Visiting the warehouse for any urgent requests, civil defence inspection, buyer's visit, or logistics manager's quick visit.
  • Check all safety measurements before closing the warehouse and take video after the warehouses are locked.
  • Check with the IT department monthly basis to ensure that the CCTV cameras are working and recording.
  • Maintain and update the asset list with pictures after every transfer that comes in and goes out of the warehouse.
  • Maintain the ABC analysis asset report and send the month-end asset closing stock report to the logistics manager.
  • Work on replacement of supporting staff in absence or in Vacation.
  • Doing other ad hoc jobs required by the logistics manager.
  • Receiving and arranging shipments from international and local.
  • Reconcile the shipment from international and local.
  • All shipment details report should be share to Logistics manager.
  • Arranging the outsource vehicle and company vehicle for asset transfer and follow with the drivers for smooth transfer.
  • All summarized details (total receiving, total transfer, balance stock) of asset and other crockery items should be shared to Finance end of every month. All details should be share by the branch basis.
  • Making PR for all warehouses request after the approval from Logistics Manager.
  • Making GRN for the invoice after approval from Logistics Manager.
  • Make the cleaning report of the warehouses and share to Logistics manager.

Note:
UAE Driving license is mandatory.

From AED2,500.00 per month

License/Certification:
