Our company is urgently looking for a Accountant/HR Assistant. Preferably with at least 2 years of UAE Experience.

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintaining an updated journal entries and financial transaction
  • Preparing and processing financial reports such as Balance Sheet, Income Statement and other required financial statements
  • Preparation of monthly operation reports such as Sales Report, Expense Report, Performance Report and Revenue Report
  • Preparing employees payroll, leave salary, final settlement and gratuity
  • Forecasting and budgeting as per the company plans
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, such as sales and marketing, to develop financial strategies that align with business objectives.

HR Duties:

  • Maintaining employees' file and their documents, benefits and attendance and leave records
  • Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions according to company objectives
  • Assisting in the recruitment, staffing and onboarding plans for newly hired employees

Pay:
AED4, AED5,000.00 per month
