Do you have the appetite to work on a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy where you will implement this, and establish the right B2B connections and the structure whilst moving into Emerging markets within the MEA region?

In this role you'll not just be looking for one-time opportunities but for scalability and longevity within the market

Core Responsibilities- Strong Sales and Business Development skills and constantly looking for a new opportunity across the market.- Developing a complete understanding of market dynamics and customers' needs and growth potential.- Negotiating contracts with customers and establishing a timeline of performance.- Own and manage budget and costs optimally with strong analytical ability of internal reports and impact on performance and growth.- Implement the Integrated Commercial Plan (ICP) process across relative countries.- Understanding marketing and trade marketing initiatives, Adopt trade marketing activation calendar across the market.- Build & implement the Joint Business Plan (JBP) with top customers

Do you have what it takes?- Commercial working experience within sales as a Key Account Manager (KAM) / Account Manager (AM).- Successful experience with distribution and/or wholesale customers with commercial and market development approaches.- Familiarity with how different sales models work.- Ability and proven experience in identifying partners and running bidding processes.- Ability in sophisticated negotiation skills and problem-solving- Able to analyse data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.- Awareness of operational and logistics principles.- Understanding of trade marketing and field sales tools- Proficiency in English is mandatory, coupled with Arabic and French is advantageous.
