We are looking for a skilled
Key Account Manager for a French Master Distributor who will be responsible for developing and maintaining long term relationships with key customers in the region.


The key account manager's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided and identifying new business opportunities for key clients.

You should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies. Also, be able to manage multiple key accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between customers and company
  • Indepth understanding of company key customer needs and requirements, their position in the industry and recommending them a suitable product range accordingly
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements
  • Maintaining a strong knowledge of company products portfolio
  • Managing effective communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Strategic planning to improve customer results
  • Resolving key customers issues and complaints
  • Collaborating with the sales team members to maximize profit by upselling or crossselling
  • Meeting all clients' needs and ensure the correct products are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Preparing regular reports and analyzing customer data to provide customer relationship management

Requirements and qualifications

  • 5 years' previous work experience in sales, management, key account management, or relevant experience in the region
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, a presenter, and a peopleperson
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability followthrough on client contracts
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Goaloriented, organized team player with the proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales targets
  • Selfmotivated and selfdirected
  • Excellent English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel skills and experience in CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field
  • Potential travel expectations of up to 50% for customer visit or attending trade fairs.

This position reports to Head of Sales

Job Offer

We offer a competitive salary with a company performance-based bonus structure and comprehensive health and life insurance.

Work schedule:
Monday to Thursday 08:00 am to 05:00 pm Friday 08:00 am to 04:00 pm

Salary:
AED18, AED25,000.00 per month
