The KOL & Sales Training Manager delivers sales training programs for Sales Team within their respective area whilst supporting the entire sales & marketing teams

Responsibilities:
Applying systematic learning processes and technologies to maximize the learning experience and its impact. KOL management and communication for InjectablesDevelop in line with business the Advisory boards and other KOL input support.
Delivering training programs against a schedule to meet employee performance and development needs.

Delivering learning solutions in a manner that both engages the learner and produces desired outcomes while managing and responding to learner needs.

Support development of the KOL and training certification process Drafting and review of necessary documentation for trainings.

Internal and external training.support to end customer inquiries (doctors, distributors, large accounts and customers in general).Report the training to the global training.

Help customers promoting Sinclair products at their practice.

Support programs for healthcare professionals for different product rangesSupport the develop a network of experts (KOLS)support training programs communication between regionsSupport healthcare professional's certification needs through innovative solutions or methodsPlan and coordinate online training programsSupport the commercial teams' certificationSupport Advisory boards and focus groups to feed strategic marketing thinkingFollow up and record the provided trainingsAssist Sales managers in conducting the Induction training for new representatives by integrating product knowledge and workshops.

Implement and update the product knowledge program dedicated for product specialists & KAMs (work in collaboration with medical)Create post-test and pre-test for Induction TrainingCreate a baseline testing once a year to assess the entire sales forces and train them according to test results and areas for improvement Carrying out Coaching field visits on regular basis with product specialists to foster their selling skills and communication competencies.

Provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to the accompanied field force and line management with clear and concise developmental action steps.

Update & Co-ordinate with in-line managers Training Needs Assessment and ensure individual development plans are completed.

Assist the brand managers and marketing managers in preparing and conducting workshops at sales meetings and developing training material to help representatives convey the key communication messages Essential Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in ScienceAt least five years experience in the sales training education fieldGood organisation and coordination skills, management of prioritiesCustomer oriented, sense of service, good interpersonal skillsAbility to travel freelyEnglish proficiency is a mustGood to have:Knowledge of the aesthetic industry/cosmetic industryCoaching qualification would be a plusExperience in Program management / training in an international environmentAR/ FRN Languages
