Key Responsibilities:

1.

Training Program Development:

Collaborate with the Training Manager and Sales Management to identify training needs and objectives.

Design, develop, and update sales training programs to align with company goals and industry best practices.

2.

Onboarding of New Sales Staff:

Develop and deliver onboarding programs for new sales staff to ensure a smooth integration into the company.

Provide training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies and procedures.

3.

Sales Techniques and Product Knowledge:

Conduct regular training sessions to improve sales techniques, customer engagement, and product knowledge.

Keep training materials current with the latest product information and market trends.

4.

Customer Service Excellence:

Implement training modules focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Provide guidance on handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and building long-term customer relationships.

5.

Sales Process Improvement:

Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of the sales process.

Implement training initiatives to optimize lead generation, qualification, and closing techniques.

6.

Performance Evaluation:

Assess the performance of sales staff through observation, feedback, and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop strategies to address performance gaps and enhance overall team productivity.

7.

Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars.

Utilize various training methodologies, including role-playing, simulations, and multimedia presentations.

8.

Continuous Learning:

Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and sales methodologies.

Integrate new knowledge into training programs to ensure the sales team is well-informed and adaptable.

9.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales managers and department heads to understand specific training needs.

Foster a collaborative environment to share best practices among the sales team.

10.

Training Effectiveness Measurement:

Implement methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.

Collect feedback from participants and key stakeholders to continuously improve training initiatives.

11.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and performance evaluations.

Generate reports on the impact of training programs on sales performance.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Trainer in a similar industry, preferably in building material trading.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with the UAE market and building material industry is a plus.
