Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, articulate, and well-presented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our esteemed company, AJM MENA Real Estate LLC, based in Dubai, UAE.

As the first point of contact for our guests and callers, you will play a pivotal role in creating a positive impression and ensuring seamless communication within the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement and Reception:
Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere at the front desk, reflecting the company's hospitality.

Bilingual Communication:
Engage with customers and guests fluently in both English and Urdu languages.
Assist with inquiries, provide information, and offer support to enhance their experience.

Inbound Call Handling:
Professionally manage all incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate individuals or departments.
Collect and record accurate messages, ensuring prompt communication to relevant staff.

CRM Management:
Input and update customer details and inquiries into the CRM system.
Efficiently manage and categorize leads, ensuring all relevant information is captured.

Administrative Support:

Collaborate with the Admin Manager to assist in daily clerical tasks, such as data entry, document management, and record keeping.

Help maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Assistance to Business Head:
Aid the Business Head in preparing daily project listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective dissemination of project details.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Preferably female, with strong proficiency in English and Urdu languages.
  • A welcoming and professional demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proven experience in a front desk or customerfacing role is advantageous.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
