Responsibilities:

  • Manage office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Maintain and update filing systems, databases, and records.
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Procure office supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external parties as necessary.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team and assist with adhoc tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a consultancy or professional services environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of local regulations and procedures is desirable.
  • UAE driving license is a plus.
