As a receptionist cum admin, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Here are some key tasks and responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and wellpresented.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in preparing and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
Communication and Correspondence:
- Maintain and update contact lists, databases, and records.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Office Management:
- Assist in maintaining office policies and procedures.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees, if required.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
- Assist in HRrelated tasks, such as maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection policies.
Salary:
AED2, AED3,000.00 per month
