Female Receptionist cum Admin Assistant
Responsibilities:
- _Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a positive attitude._
- _Answer phone calls, redirect calls, and take messages as necessary._
- _Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times._
- _Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems in an organized manner._
- _Assist in preparing and distributing promotional materials, brochures, and other marketing collaterals._
- _Support the administrative team with various tasks, including scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and handling correspondence._
- _Assist in coordinating events, meetings, and conferences as needed._
- _Monitor and manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, placing orders when necessary._
- _Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, processing payments, and maintaining financial records._
- _Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner._
- _Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards at all times_
Requirements:
- _Proven 2 year experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role,_
- _Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour._
- _Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software like Adobe Creative Suite, Canvas, etc._
- _Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment._
- _Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping._
- _Strong organisational and time management skills._
- _Familiarity with travel booking systems and software is a plus._
- _Immediately available_
Salary:
AED2, AED3,500.00 per month
