What you need to have (Qualifications):_
1) Min. 1 year of similar experience with a real estate agency / holiday homes setup.
2) Diploma or Bachelor's Degree.
3) Tech savvy and up to date with latest trends.
4) Excellent communication skills. Fluent English speaker. Excellent business english skills.
5) Valid UAE driver's license preferred.
6) Positive Attitude. Able to give and receive constructive criticism.
7) Accuracy, record keeping, document filing and practicing due diligence.
8) Manage contracts and documentation signing, system updates and reporting, registration of tenancy contracts.
11) Coordinate with Business Development and Onboarding Team for newly onboarded properties.
12) Providing administration support to management

Calendar management:
managing calendars on a day-to-day basis to avoid over-bookings and cancellation penalties.
14) Keeping up to date with the relevant rental laws and any other guidelines by the land department, municipality and/ or other relevant government authorities.
15) Fair understanding of rules and regulations of real estate industry in UAE.
17) Organize appointments, meetings and make arrangements for the CEO, Head of Sales, GM.
18) Maintaining a busy and changeable business and personal calendar; working across multiple time zones.
19) Work closely with the HoS to keep well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
21) Provide support for Management meetings by ensuring meetings are properly arranged and serviced. This will include drafting agendas, collating papers and reports, taking minutes and following up action points.
22) Ad-hoc errands, tasks as directed.
23) A no-job-too-small attitude
24) Travel as required for events, shows etc.
25) Flexible to be able to work from different office locations and sites as required.
26) Be responsible for general upkeep of office and its consumables. Maintain inventory and order stocks well in advance.
27) Able to meet deadlines.
28) Approachable and pleasant workplace demeanor.
29) Provide hospitality to all guests and help to create a welcoming environment.
30) Answer main phone line and respond to inquiries.
31) Demonstrate a professional manner at all times and possess the ability to remain calm under pressure.
32) Self-motivated.
33) Ability to maintain a high level of discretion.
