Responsibilities:

  • Manage daytoday operations of the body shop facility.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Coordinate repair processes to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain a high standard of quality control to meet customer expectations.
  • Oversee inventory management and procurement of necessary supplies.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and insurance companies.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive body repair, with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving operational targets.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and automotive software systems.
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
