Supermarket Salesmen

As a Supermarket Salesman, you will be responsible for assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, maintaining product displays, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the store team to meet sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**: Greet and assist customers in locating products, answering inquiries, and providing product information.
- **Product Knowledge**: Be familiar with the products in your section, including pricing, promotions, and offers.
- **Sales & Promotion**: Suggest products to customers, promote special offers, and upsell where possible to maximize sales.
- **Merchandising**: Ensure shelves are fully stocked, products are displayed neatly, and promotional displays are updated.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- **Point of Sale**: Operate cash registers, handle customer transactions, and ensure accuracy in billing.
- **Store Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring aisles are free of clutter.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer complaints or queries professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work with fellow employees to maintain smooth store operations and achieve daily sales targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Basic math and computer skills for handling cash registers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of retail sales and product promotions (preferred)

Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
