As a business development executive, you should attend networking events with the intention of attracting and retaining clientele and must keep a close eye on client's feedback to ensure that the company's products and services always exceed expectationsResponsibilities:
Create and maintain client relationships and meetings through CRM's and excel spreadsheets.
Search for clients, leads and Set up meetings and Contract details with clients.
Make calls and visit potential clients, by visiting events and offices etc.
Looking for leads and turning them into potential clients through social media platforms, locations and CRM.
Meeting monthly sales quota's
Brainstorming and developing the business through business strategies, ideas
Doing the market survey and Leads acquisition of the buildings.
Execution of project takeover & handover
Doing other tasks in BD department from the manager

Job Requirements:
UAE Driving License is must.
Arabic nationality preferred.
20-40 years old.
Experience in UAE real estates field or same position is preferred.
Extensive relationships with real estate investors is preferred.
Willingness to work flexibly to support the overall aims of the company
BC degree in business administration, sales or relevant field.
