Job Summary:
Support the on-site European team to deliver the best possible customer service from Reach Food Europe by performing the daily operations tasks.
Keying out orders, liaising with the sales team, creating new customer profiles, undertaking stock checks.- Receive and acknowledge orders from a range of communication streams.
- Accurately record all sales data
- Key out daily orders and administrate the daily order process
- Maintain absolute vigilance on batch tracking and traceability data
- Maintain customer records taking a proactive approach to gaining new insight in tandem with the sales team.
- Build a strong relationship with customer representatives.
- Work with the Operations Team to ensure the most seamless possible customer service
- Maintain and update product records
- Support the warehouse team in their administrative tasks relating to daily sales and purchases
- Record and input inventory data
- Undertake regular price reviews across suppliers to keep all systems up to date
- Accurately record figures for inventory movement in a timely manner.
- Place and administrate replenishment orders
- Coordinate import and export documents
- Liaise with international suppliers
- Work closely with the purchasing team on ensuring stock levels remain full.
- Fluent in both Italian and English, written and spoken. Other European languages are of advantage
- Demonstrable skills in administrating the inventory and service functions of a growing FMCG business.
- Knowledge of inventory management software is an advantage.
- Full knowledge of MS Office Package
- Full knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Outlook
- A positive attitude
- Well organised
- Confident to work in a fast paced and ever changing business
Pay:
From AED7,000.00 per month
