As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of ITSM software implementation services.

You will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the successful delivery of ITSM solutions to meet client needs.

Client

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Understand clients' business objectives and ITSM requirements.
Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the ITSM software implementation space.
Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and participate in promotional activities.
Develop and present compelling proposals to potential clients.

Sales Strategy:
Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service offerings.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.

Project Oversight:
Work closely with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of ITSM software implementations.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality to ensure client satisfaction.
Address any issues or concerns raised by clients during the implementation phase.

Reporting and Analysis:
Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development in the ITSM or software solutions industry.
Well connected across the GCC with a network of buying clients in the enterprise space.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management concepts and software solutions.
Excellent English communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Arabic is also heavily preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
