Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, needs, and goals.
  • Create innovative and visually stunning interior design concepts with the training provided.
  • Develop detailed design plans, including layout, color schemes, furniture selections, and materials.
  • Present design proposals to clients effectively, articulating the vision and benefits of your designs.
  • Actively engage in sales activities, including identifying leads, prospecting, and converting leads into clients.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and design expertise to guide clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
  • Manage the endtoend design process, including project coordination, implementation, and final delivery.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of industry trends, design innovations, and competitive landscape.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to contribute to promotional campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

- **This job is for Males & Females

  • Must be fluent in English & Arabic
  • Must have UAE Valid Driving License (Preferred if having own car)
  • Sales experience in Dubai and in home design and furnishings or real estate is advantageous.
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed in both interior design and sales.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey design concepts.
  • Selfmotivated and goaloriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of home design, trends, and products is an advantage.
