Registering VIP clients:
The primary responsibility of the VIP Registration Officer is to manage the registration process for VIP clients. This includes collecting all necessary information and documentation and completing the registration process.
- Coordinating with other departments: The VIP Registration Officer works closely with other departments within the organization to ensure that VIP clients receive the best service possible. This includes coordinating with the technical department to schedule tests at convenient times for VIP clients.
- Handling inquiries: The VIP Registration Officer is the primary point of contact for VIP clients who have inquiries or concerns. The officer must be able to handle these inquiries in a professional and courteous manner and provide accurate and timely responses.
- Maintaining records: The VIP Registration Officer is responsible for maintaining accurate and uptodate records of all VIP clients. This includes recording all interactions with clients and updating their records with any changes to their information or status.
- Providing exceptional service: The VIP Registration Officer is responsible for providing exceptional service to VIP clients at all times. This includes greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met, and addressing any concerns they may have.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Quoz: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- receptionist: 3 years (preferred)

- Arabic (preferred)
