About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Analyst.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the customer lifecycle, from lead generation to post-sale support.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize customer interactions and improve lead conversion rates.
(This may involve using a CRM system like Bitrix)Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients by providing exceptional customer service.
Identify and address customer concerns promptly and efficiently to ensure their satisfaction.Proactively communicate with clients to promote vending machine products and services.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Generate reports on customer interactions, sales performance, and other key metrics tied to KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) such as customer satisfaction ratings and revenue growth.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Oversee vending machine site management, including conducting inspections and reporting maintenance issues.
Measure the effectiveness of customer service strategies.
Identify correlations between customer interactions and lead conversion rates.
Track key metrics and generate reports aligned with KPIs (e.g., customer satisfaction, revenue growth).Assist with debt collection activities to ensure timely payments from clients, contributing to achieving collection rate KPIs.
Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and propose new vending machine installations, impacting revenue growth KPIs.Travel to client locations within Dubai as required.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service & Data Analyst role.
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (e.g., Bitrix) a strong plus.
Valid UAE Driver's License required.Benefits:

Additional Information:
This position is subject to a 3-month probationary period. Your performance will be evaluated during this time to determine your eligibility for a full-time employment offer.
