About the Job:


An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Relations Executive to join the Guest Relations Team at Jumeirah Beach Front Properties.


The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

Assist guests with general inquiries about the hotel and its facilities, as well as daily events and functionsInspect the rooms of VIP guests prior to their arrival at the hotel.

Ensure that the lobby is manned and cover shifts for lobby duty in accordance with the daily roster.
Conduct curbside check ins and escorting of guests to the rooms.
Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and concierge duties when needed.
Provide tours of the hotel and its facilities as requested.
Order and ensure timely delivery of amenities for VIP arrivals and requestsfor special arrangements.
Assist with group registration when required.

Conduct pre-arrival calls or emails to guests to reconfirm their reservation and obtain additional information and preferences during the stay.


About You:


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:A minimum of 2 years of experience in Guest Relations in a luxury 5-star hotel.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, and Sevenrooms.

Clear and effective communication skills in English and proficiency in at least one of the following languages:
Arabic, Chinese, Russian or any European language.
Ability to perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with effective organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities.
