As a Purchase Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:_

  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies to ensure the availability of the latest mobile devices in our inventory.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers for potential business partnerships.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and payment terms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to forecast demand and plan purchasing activities accordingly.
  • Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality and delivery standards are met.
  • Maintain and update records of all purchase orders, invoices, and supplier contracts.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to stay informed of the latest mobile devices and technologies.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of ordered products.
  • Regularly review and analyze inventory levels, and take necessary actions to optimize stock levels.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to purchasing and procurement.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency in the procurement process.

Requirements:_

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, in the mobile phone industry or electronics wholesale.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Solid understanding of supply chain management principles and inventory control.
  • Knowledge of market trends and the latest mobile devices and technologies.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong attention to detail.

Salary:
From AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
