About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager reporting to the Sales Manager UAE, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in your assigned territory by promoting Pharmanovia products, cultivating strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and conveying key brand messages effectively.

This role demands a deep understanding of business dynamics, account purchasing processes, and the development of sustainable relationships to enhance market accessibility and meet revenue goals. You will ensure compliance with Pharmanovia's values, policies, local business conduct requirements, and regulations.

Main Responsibilities & Duties:

Promotion:

  • Convey key brand messages through regular interactions with healthcare professionals, meetings, and scientific activities.
  • Establish enduring relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
  • Achieve salesforce effectiveness KPIs by maintaining call frequency and coverage.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant therapy areas, market trends, and clinical practices.
  • Provide comprehensive market feedback on competitors.

Key Account Management:

  • Understand key accounts' business dynamics, including purchasing processes and decision-making.
  • Devising partnership strategies with key accounts and setting clear objectives.
  • Implement tracking processes for inventory consumption and sales orders.

Other:

  • Offer timely business updates, reports, and performance reviews.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of pharmaceutical sales experience in the UAE market, including promotion and key account management.

  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceuticals.
  • Two years of customer-facing experience, preferably in a setup using agents and distributors.
  • Familiarity with local customers/accounts and launching products in local markets.
  • Understanding of the local healthcare landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proven negotiation skills.
  • Collaborative and influential.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities, time management, and flexibility.
  • Commercially aware and financially astute.
  • Proficient in English.
