VARTUR is looking for a Property Sales Admin to join our team in Dubai.

  • Our Dubai office is looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as a fulltime
    Property Sales Admin to join and support the sales team. A company vehicle will be made available for use.
  • He / She will be responsible for set up viewings and show potential tenants around the property. Select responsible, reliable tenants. Prepare tenancy agreements and inventories. Check tenant references.
This will be an office-based opportunity. Our lovely office is located in Office 02, Floor 1, Baysquare BB10, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Office hours:
Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Pass qualified leads over to the sales team.
  • Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members as required.
  • Assist with property listings and handling different portals and CRM.
  • Outbound Calling to follow up on older leads informing them of new products and gather contact information, market data, qualifiers and other information from prospects; enter and maintain accurate data in CRM System.
  • Nurturing unqualified leads to keep them in the sales cycle.
  • Data Entry of New Leads.
  • Assist in other duties as assigned by management.
  • Will be responsible for set up viewings and show potential tenants around the property.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

Essential

  • Educated to Higher level or Bachelors Degree of Business Administration, Marketing is desirable
