Role Description


As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective sales plans, identifying potential leads, and negotiating deals with customers.

You will need to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment and possess strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and cultivate potential leads to expand the customer base.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  • Negotiate winwin deals with customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and team members through verbal and written channels.
  • Handle rejection and setbacks in a positive manner to bounce back quickly.
  • Adapt to a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment that requires quick decisionmaking.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing effective sales plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to identify and cultivate potential leads to expand the customer base.
  • Experience in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Capacity to bounce back from rejection and setbacks in a highpressure sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate winwin deals with customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Thrives in a dynamic and rapidly changing work environment where quick decisionmaking is essential.
